Be Safe – Covid 19 Precautions

We will collect name, address, phone number and email address for every member of the party. If anybody in your party has Covid 19 symptoms before, durring or 14 days after your visit you must inform Jaye.

If you book the two rooms you have exclusive use of the kitchenette at all times, book one room and if the other room is booked by another person the common areas will be shared but with extra precautuions.

When there are two seperate bookings beverage trays will be moved into the bedroom, each room will have their own fridge and breakfast items will be on a dedicated table. It will be possible to book 1 hour slots if you would like exclusive use of the kitchenette for the morning or evening. There will be sanitiser and hand gel available. The system will be reviewed and adjusted as we find what works best for everybody.

Exclusive use is still possible, if there are 2 adults and you want exclusive use this can be done by booking both rooms at the single rate, just let me know how you would like the rooms to be ready for you.

The optional cooked breakfast facility will not be available while Covid 19 restrictions continue.

On your arrival the gate will be open. We will smile, wave and chat from a distance. You will receive a 4 digit code for the key safe the day before your arrival.

Hand sanitiser for your use by the entrance door.

Bedrooms will not be serviced daily. A spare supply of towels will be available in the cupboard under the sink.

Between guests all hand contact surfaces will be disenfected, towels and bedding washed and thoroughly dried, pillows changed and quaranteed between each guest, the room thoroughly cleaned. Soft furnishings may be reduced, removed or substituted.

Kitchenette will be cleaned and re-supplied as required by Jaye, when possible this will be done when you are not in the building. Where you have booked both rooms but are from different households it is your responsibility to maintain social distancing.

Deposits are payable at the time of booking, with full payment before the end of your stay. If your plans have to change due to Covid 19 we will carry your deposit forward to another date.

If we have to cancel any bookings due to Covid 19 we will refund deposits in full.
